Human Behind The Frameworks
About Amanda Guadalupi
Founder/Finder of Mind Your Queer Business (MYQB)
I build brands the way some people build altars: with story, structure, and a pinch of rebellion. Before I was a strategist, I was a lifelong meaning-maker: queer-identified, a recovering perfectionist, an autodidact, a millennial eldest-daughter with trust issues, and someone who’s spent two decades running toward the fire simply because I was good at putting it out.. MYQB was born from that mix: part lived experience, part design obsession, part refusal of a life on autopilot. I’ve worked with everyone from accountants to astrologers, therapists to tech founders, helping them find the throughline that makes their work click on every level: emotional, visual, strategic, and systemic. I don’t do brand makeovers. I do brand mirrors. I help you amplify the parts of your business you’ve been told to quiet down. The thing you thought you had to shrink is usually the very thing that sets you apart.

Resume Remixed
The Finder, Not Just the Founder
I’ve always been the one who spots the pattern: in systems, in people, in the occasional dysfunctional workplace (IFYYK). From hospitality to healthcare to tech, my brain is wired to find what’s missing and make it make sense.

The Bridge
Across fields (healthcare, real estate, social work, accounting, coaching), I've acted as a bridge between language and logic. I link worlds: human and technical, emotional and operational, creative and structured. That dual fluency framework is part of the MYQB magic.

Alchemist
I’ve built my career running toward the fire, not for adrenaline, but for transformation. I thrive in the in-between: the moment a system hits a growth edge and something truer wants to emerge. That’s where I learned that most “problems” are just unspoken patterns asking to be seen.

The Ethicist
My background in Women & Gender Studies and work within queer and marginalized communities shaped the lens I bring to every project. I don’t separate identity from strategy. Visibility, voice, and equity are baked into how I design, not added as a tagline or stock photos baked in later.

The Builder
I’m an intuitive autodidact who learns through equal parts hyper-focus, curiosity, and stubborn experimentation (& skepticism): from Autotask to WIX to Salesforce to custom GPT frameworks. The most exciting flow is one where I learn → integrate → humanize.

The Creator
design for coherence, not polish. I trust color before code. I know how to make a brand system feel like home, probably because I’ve lived inside so many that didn’t fit. My creativity isn’t decoration; it’s translation. (Also: I was a studio art major for exactly one year in 2004. Very demure. Very ADHD. Still explains a lot.)

Archetypes are an undercurrent: the pattern beneath the pattern.
They show up in how you lead, create, and self-sabotage, usually before you even realize they’re steering the wheel.
Naming them isn’t about putting yourself in a box; it’s about seeing the code you’ve been running on so you can rewrite it.
If you’ve been clocking the same loops in
your brand,
your burnout,
your business,
your becoming
Archetype to Action Reading is where we turn that recognition into language, structure, and illumination that becomes momentum.

Vibes Might Vibe IF...
-
You’re allergic to business as usual & "best practices" beige but still crave structure.
-
You’ve been called “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “too nonlinear” and you’re finally realizing that’s your creative edge.
-
You want systems, growth, and clients that feel intuitive, not like punishment.
-
You think strategy and soul can coexist in the same sentence.
-
You appreciate when honesty is kind because it’s specific.
-
You don’t need someone to fix your business. You need someone to help you see it clearly enough to evolve it.
-
You’re ready to be seen (and maybe a little confronted) by your own brilliance.

Every piece of MYQB
from the Aligned-AI frameworks to the brand rituals, is designed to bring the human back into visibility.
Because I don’t believe in building a business you’ll wake up in five years and resent.
I believe in coherence.
In aesthetics that make you feel something.
In creative systems that remember who they’re built for and where they came from.
